Last year I collaborated with Virgin Active on a campaign to help sustain a new way of working out and keeping fit! I must say I have lapsed a little which is a shame as I was doing really well, but I’m now back on it!
We are well and truly in to Spring now so the weather is fingers crossed going to stay as sunny as it has been, it’s a great excuse to get outside and work out! The circuits I learned during my PT sessions at Virgin Active can be done outside of the gym so that’s what I’ve been doing.
Brita have a few water bottles out, however this is the first sports bottle. The “Go Active” is a great design and perfect for the gym or for taking to the park to use during your workout. I drink water constantly at work every day and go through a lot of pre filled bottles which A. are a waste of money and B. is a waste of plastic so the Active Go is such a great alternative.
It’s great to get outside and workout every so often (weather permitting) which is what I have been trying to do recently. I enjoy doing this as you’re more alone, so it doesn’t matter what you look like while working out as no-one is there to judge. Plus I seem to walk away from an outside workout more refreshed and revitalised which is obviously a great feeling.
The Brita Fill & Go Active comes in 4 colours, Blue, Purple, Lime & Pink so can be personalised to your preference. I went for the blue as its my favourite colour. The bottle set up couldn’t be any simpler, it’s a simple step by step process to insert the filter cartridge in the cap which will last up to 150 litres or lasts for up to 4 weeks so your water is going to be filtered and pure for a long time!
If you’re looking for a simple way of drinking filtered water without the unnecessary plastic bottles and waste, then the Fill & Go Active is for you. I’m going to be using mine on the daily – click here to buy.
