L’Oréal Paris Hydra Energetic Tattoo Reviver Cream

One in three young adults has a tattoo so I’m surprised it’s taken this long for high street beauty brands to create Tattoo Reviver Creams! In the past I have seen some companies selling this type of item but it’s been niche to them and very expensive so I had never tried a product like this until now. L’Oréal Paris sent me the new Hydra Energetic Tattoo Reviver Cream a while ago which I have been using on/off ever since mainly on my right arm where I have a full sleeve tattoo.

Getting a tattoo takes a lot of time and money so my sleeve in particular was several years work in the making, which means the tattoos healed at different times so can sometimes mean colour/shades can be different. Also what with the sun UV and all the different chemicals in soaps and body washes its inevitable your tattoo is going to fade a little.

I always ensure my arm has a high factor of sun cream on when I’m in hotter climates so I don’t think mine has faded very much (if at all), but it’s always nice to give it a refresh! The L’Oréal Paris Tattoo Reviver is powered by creatine which acts to increase brightness, revive colour contrast and sharpen contours, which is great as after spending thousands of pounds of body art, you want it to look its best!

It’s a great Non-sticky/greasy formula which is what I like, and is also very fast absorbing so means you haven’t got to wait ages before getting dressed or putting a jacket on! It’s also very hydrating like all L’Oréal products are and leaves your skin very soft!

At just over £5 I think I would repurchase, however the only irritating thing I felt was having to use 2 different body moisturisers! One for your non inked parts and one for your inked parts! Other than that it’s a great product! CLICK HERE to purchase.

Sounds like they need to make one that can moisturize everything whether there is or isn’t a tattoo! I’ve never even heard of such a product but I’m glad to know that it does exist and that it isn’t super expensive! Thanks for sharing this. (:

I’m sure it can be used on the whole body, but not sure what it would do to the non inked parts lol! It smells goood!
